This song shows a massive diversity for the 18 year old star. Gone are the childish lyrics of Lip Gloss & the club sound of Shawty Get Loose & welcomed is much deeper, thought provoking lyrics & grown rapping skill of Lil Mama.
The video adds well & gives even more feeling to an already heart heavy song, it sombre without feeling depressing. L.I.F.E. is the first track from Lil Mama that has made me feel as though she can live up to the hype.

I like it...I'm feeling choice tracks fron the album, 1 being: 'College' is a banger from my point of view; and another one is 'Swim' - this tune is working for me. Sista girl is about her money, if you've listened to her interviews, she alright in my book...I could go into depths of what I don't like about some of her material but I'm not!(nor would anyone really care, so I'ma leave it like that)
