The apparent cameo appearance from Britney Spears was scrapped, if it ever really existed I don't know. The video is pretty standard, it's definitely entertaining & is fit for purpose, it almost has a concept if you are being generous when you watch it.

I like When I Grow Up as far as a pop track goes, the production is real solid & with the addition of the 'dance break' it only adds to it. Lyrics are the usually garbage & the only voice that I can hear is that of Nicole, so I don't know why the rest are even there, just get on & launch her career damn it!

I love the girls but my only concern is and always has been melody. Im so sorry but she is the link that holds the girls back dancing wise, any ways the girl can blow she can sing but she can not dance and in the video on the last dance scene she forgets the dance or what ever went wrong it was highly noticable. Again like i said I like them just keep melody in the back like you always do but make sure she is not seen at all but only heard, well she can be seen as long as she does not dance.
