How many hundreds of artists over the last 12 months have uttered the words "I'm Working On The New Michael Jackson Record"? Well Akon is one producer who has officially done so & by the sound of this record, MJ might, just might, have rekindled that old magic.
From the solid R&B production, to the brilliantly harmonised vocals of both Akon & Michael, Hold My Hand has that classic Jackson sound. Granted, it is not the greatest track I have ever heard, but I am honestly excited for the Michael comeback.

I`m a HUGE MJ fan and I really luv the track. I agree the harmonizing and the melody is definitely on point. Michael voice is as good as ever and it`s absolutely amazing.
He sounds just like he did 20 yrs. ago, unbelievable. Michael is definitely competing against himself and that`s what we all get caught up in.
We`re looking for the next "Billie Jean", "Don`t Stop Til` You Get Enough", "Rock With You", etc, etc. I guess Michael has set the bar high.
Bottom line is Mike still has such an angelic voice and the man is still capable of making great music. This is a great song and it`s just good to hear MJ on a new track again.

I just LOVE the MJ/Akon song hold my hand. It has greatlyrics,rhytHm and harmony.MJ sounds great. Wish he were still here. Miss him soooo much,like a close relative.Hopefully its true that there are many songs in his vault.
