"Brandy - The List"

After Recent Trials & Tribulations, Brandy Is Back On The Music Scene, Here Is A Brand New Track To Leak From Her New Project. It Is A Banger Entitled - The List.

Produced by The Underdogs, The List is hyped up R&B jam with a killer sound, from listen number #1 I liked it. While the lyrics are a little failing, it does have that distinct Brandy feel to it & sounds a lot like a first single to me.

Brandy has that certain something that is impossible to explain, without ever really experiencing massive chart success, like the Rihanna's of this world. She still seems to command this resounding respect in the industry, she is an uncelebrated talent & I hope that changes with her new album.

You are wildly wrong about Brandy not achieving the massive chart success of the Rihanna's of the world. Rihanna may be a worldwide sensation, but she has sold only a fraction of the records that Brandy has over the years since her debut in 1994.

Brandy's career has been strong, varied and extremely successful. Rihanna can only hope to have as much success across platforms in the next 10 years.

I agree with the comment above. Brandy has sold millions of records, lol. Her first album went 4x plat, her second (NSN0 went a gazillion times plat. Full Moon and Afrodisiac were not as successful, but ironically, those albums still sold millions world wide. It's funny how people forget about how much success she's had. The girl is a legend...but I'll agree that she hasn't been celebrated like she should be. But keep in mind, everything that Rihanna is doing (endorsements and performing all over the place) Brandy did before she turned 20. That's major. I foresee her doing really well with her upcoming project. I think it's long overdue and I've personally NEVER anticipated another artist to return the way I anticipate new work from her. She is simply amazing!

I've been a huge fan of Brandy from the beginning. As the other commenters mentioned, she has had quite a bit of success in her career. However, Afrodisiac didn't receive nearly as much attention as I think it deserved - that album is amazing! It's no surprise that I like this song, since I love the Underdogs as well. I'll be looking forward to hearing more new stuff from her.
