Kanye West Debuted His New Music Video For The Currently Unreleased Track Good Morning Off Graduation
Almost a year has passed since Kanye West dropped Graduation, and I still love every single track on it. His newest video for Good Morning is a sick animated video, yes I said animated, done by the same Japanese artist who did the artwork for the album, Takashi Murakami.
The first thing that got me about the video was the colors. Murakami is a genius, and Kanye West is a genius for having him do the artwork for Graduation and for the Good Morning video. Even though all the characters in the video remind me of Star Fox, I still think the video is awesome and somewhat fresh and new.
I think this is one of the better songs off Graduation, especially because of the lyrics. This song really shows Kanye's gift as a lyricist. However, I am still kind of puzzled as to Jay-Z's appearance at the end of the song. Not knocking Hov or anything, I just think it is a random way to end the song. Overall, it is a great vid to go with a great song, and just shows why Kanye West is the best. (I'm a poet.)
