Jay Sean Has Just Cut A Record Deal With Cash Money Records Owned By Rappers Lil Wayne & Birdman. The Deal Will Mean Cash Money Records Will Licence Jay Sean's Newest Album My Own Way On Jayded Records For Distribution In The US. All Post Jay Sean Albums Will Be Released As A Joint Venture Through Cash Money Records On Jayded Records. He Announced It Last Thursday At The MOBO Awards Then Went On To Confirm It On His Website. His Album My Own Way Will Be Released Stateside Next Spring.
Jay Sean had this to say about the new deal...
"It's always been a dream for me to sign to an American label. And it's great to be accepted by the best in the game."
Since 2004 Jay has released two albums. In that time he has had two top 10 singles, started his own production company Jayded and has also appeared in a Bollywood film as himself. Now he will be even more busy promoting himself in America.
