Urban Review Is Always Watching & Always Listening To Bring You The New Music, First. However, I Have Slipped Up On This Track, Big Time.
Wearing My Rolex is the new club tune, this song is going to explode onto the UK music scene & I have overlooked it for some time now. This is an uptempo, hot production based club track that is my favourite song of the moment, Wiley is a slick Grime MC in the UK & this is something, fresh, new & innovative from him.
If you are in the UK, expect to hear this track, everywhere. It is so hot that I think I should stop rambling on a bout it & just let you listen to it. If you want to hear more of Wiley's music, check out his Myspace.

"Danity Kane - Damaged" (Video)
Here Is The New Video For Danity Kane's Hot New Single - Damaged.
While I like the feel, production & vocals of the track, I am not liking the video, it shows that Diddy is moving the Danity Kane girls in a direction that will make them a success but will also damage their already poor musical respectability.
The video is very, very pop, even Kylie wouldn't put this sort of crap out now a days, it appeals to the 'Hannah Montana Generation' & that is not a good look. The frankly dire dance routine is only slightly boosted by the fact that the girls look gorgeous.
These girls are talented, anyone who watched Making The Band will appreciate that, however, to become musically successful & give their career's longevity, they need to dig deeper & try harder at real R&B.
"Jay Sean - Maybe" (Video)
Here Is The Brand New Video From UK R&B Artist - Jay Sean - For His Latest Single - Maybe.
Jay has taken the creative reigns with his new album - My Own Way - after a falling out with his record company. At first I didn't feel that it was a good move, but after the first two singles being very solid, maybe it was a good idea after all.
Maybe is another contemporary R&B track that shows off Jay's ability to compete with a very American dominated market. The video is pretty standard & serves the track well, although I liked his last single - Ride It - a little more than this one, it is still a great tune.
The UK scene has come on leaps & bounds over the last 6 - 12 months & it is a really exciting time to be a part of the new sound. With Bassline & UK R&B exploding into the national charts, things can only get better.
"Adele - Cold Shoulder"
Here Is The Official Second Single From The UK's Biggest New Talent - Adele.
Cold Shoulder, is a Pop/Soul number that is both extremely catchy as well as very radio friendly, it had me from the first listen of the album, which is also very solid. Adele is a genuine talent & also a great personality, it's great to see some real British talent coming through a market that is full of such crap.
Cold Shoulder is a real gem in Adele's début album - 19 - as a graduate of the 'Brit School' of music, I was expecting another middle of the road, 'let's be different for the sake of it', mediocre pop album. But instead I was really surprised to find a soulful record with actual lyrical & emotional value. I hope this girl is a great success.

"Janet Jackson - Rock With U" (Video)
Here Is the New Video For Janet Jackson's Latest Double A-Side Single - Rock With U.
The video is 100% as expected, this lower budget club video is pretty solid, it's sexy & suits the track very well. My only criticism is the lackluster choreography, it seems too rigid & uninspired, it lets down the futuristic feel of the track & the album's theme.
Still, I really like the track, it has great potential to be a club jam & is a definitive highlight of Discipline. I'm sure, more than ever, that this album will be the one to put Janet back on the map.
