Here Is The Third & Final Version Of Kanye West's Flashing Lights Videos, & For Those Who Are Wondering Why There Are Three & Where They Came From, Continue Reading.
Right, back to the start; Kanye originally planned to shoot one video for Flashing Lights & put it out, however, as a perfectionist, he wasn't happy with either of these (the one below & one posted a couple of days back). So Kanye decided to shoot a third video, which was STUNNINGLY COOL & was released as the official video.
The two videos that have been doing the rounds over the past week are the ones Kanye didn't like, so he decided to put them out on a DVD, until someone leaked both of the videos to the internet. Once Kanye heard about this, he was not happy.
Kanye West - Flashing Lights
Anyway, about version 3; I like it, however it has nothing on the official released video, which IMO is amazing & actually makes sense. While I give big respect to Kanye for going really 'left of centre' with all the videos, I don't understand the relevance or meaning of the two he scrapped? If anyone knows better than me, leave a comment.

"Kanye West - Flashing Lights" (Video Version 2)
After Controversy Of The Original Version Of Kanye's Flashing Lights Video (He Gets Murdered With A Shovel), He Is An Alternate Version That Has Been Released.
Immediately, the phrase "All Style No Substance" comes to mind, however, I have to admit that Kanye seems to have done it again, I really got mesmerised by the video by it's creativity & style.
Kanye West - Flashing Lights
The only criticism I have is that there was no need for a new video IMO, I really hope that Kanye didn't bow to pressure & create a new video just so MTV are happy. Whether that is true or not, I still like the original video 100 times more.

"Kanye West ft. Dwele - Flashing Lights" (Video)
Here Is The Official Video (or part of it, I'm not sure) For Kanye West's Latest US Single - Flashing Lights.
I feel this is one of the best tracks Kanye has ever made, it's atmospheric beats, match perfectly with West's slow rhythmic flow. You can really 'feel' Kanye on Flashing Lights, it's a shame it wasn't used as a world single, whose decision was that? The added vocals of Dwele, make for a possible classic hit.
My honest reaction to the video was; 'hmmm', that was the only thing I could think of. I really like it, & I'm sure Kanye is trying to say something, but I can't think what it is. Still, a sexy killer of a woman is always a good thing.

"Kanye West ft. Dwele & R. Kelly - Flashing Lights" (Remix)
Source - The Regulators
Here Is A New Remix To Kanye West's Current US Single; Flashing Lights.
R. Kelly lends some R&B vocals to this mix, end result is pretty middle of the road , laugh at Kells line - 'Flash Your Light On Me'.
I'm really not an R. Kelly fan, but if you are you will probably love it. I'm feeling the original much more, it's another epic Kanye track.
