Here Is The Official Remix To Mariah Carey's New Single - Bye Bye. It features long time friend & previous collaborator - Jay Z.
It seems to me, that Mariah's people are trying to bring this track to the clubs, with a new verse from Jay & an adapted, banging beat. It feels unnecessary, as this song was never meant for a club audience, it's an R&B ballad, so I don't really see the need.

"Jay Z & Mary J. Blige - You're Welcome" (Video)
Here Is The Official Video For You're Welcome, The Collaboration Track By Two Living Legends - Jay Z & Mary J. Blige.
The video is just footage from the 'Heart Of The City' tour, which both Mary & J are are performing on, it pretty much serves as a promo tool. I've not been a huge fan of the track since I first heard it, still, the video is pretty cool.
I am lucky enough to be going to the European leg of the tour, unfortunately Jigga will not be there, but then again, one legend will do for me!

Did Beyonce & Jay Z Get Married..?
Incase You Have Been Under A Rock Over The Weekend, Rumours Are Rife That Beyonce & Jay Z Have Finally Tied The Knot?
One thing is 100% true, Jay & B did apply for a license to get married a week or two ago, but anyone can apply for this license any time they want, this is no evidence that they are married. Secondly, the pair have fooled the press into believing they got married before, I think they like playing games with the media & are a smart couple.
I have seen many blogs & websites, including People.com 'Confirming' the two to be married, but how can you confirm anything before they actually put out a statement? I wish people would stop trying to cash in on others happiness.
Admittedly if this is a hoax, it is a mighty fine one, guests including the Destiny's Child Girls, Solange, Chris Martin & Gwyneth Paltro are all confirmed to have been present. Still, I really hope that this is a big trick, I love to see the press being taunted over the Jay Z - Beyonce saga, to the point that they have to 'Confirm' things they have no clearance on.

"Jay Z ft. Mary J. Blige & Swizz Beatz - You're Welcome"
After The Recent Announcement That King Of Hip-Hop - Jay Z - & The Queen Of Hip-Hop Soul - Mary J. Blige - Are To Do A Joint Tour, A New Collaboration Track Has Surfaced.
You're Welcome also features master producer - Swizz Beatz, who adds some background vocals to the piece as well. It's all pretty middle of the road to be honest, neither the production or lyrics really hit home for me.
It might grow on me, but for now it's going on the back burner, still the tour sounds like a massive endeavour that will definitely pay off for both artists.

Jay Z To Headline Glastonbury Festival
Source - BBC
The Self Proclaimed 'Best Rapper Alive'; Jay Z, Has Been Confirmed As The Headlining Act For This Year's Glastonbury Festival, Here In The UK.
The organiser of the event; Michael Eavis told the BBC that he wanted to - "Break With Tradition" & "Put On Something Totally Different". Adding that - "He Will Appeal To The Young People & Under 25s For Sure".
The festival, which is held annually each June, normally attracts more of a 'rock crowd', with acts like U2 or Coldplay usually headlining the main stage. In recent years, Hip-Hop acts at UK festivals have received abuse from rock fans, at the Reading Festival for example, 50 Cent had bottles of urine thrown at him & was forced to leave the stage. lol.
I'm not so sure this will get the Hip-Hop heads going to Glastonbury, the event is synonymous with bad weather & huge lakes of mud. I can't see people replacing their 'Box-Fresh' trainers, with big boots, just to see one act, even if it is the Jigga-Man.
